| The terms and conditions are collectively known as "these terms". |
| When using and/or purchasing from the Joovili.com website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use and/or purchase the Joovili Software. |
| == About Joovili |
| Joovili is a commercial software. Only those who have purchased a valid Joovili license from the Joovili.com website and agree to the terms of this EULA can install and run the Joovili software. |
| == Fraud |
| Information entered through the order process must be accurate and correct. If found that you are/have used invalid information that is not your own, your account will be deactivated without warning. |
| Joovili has a zero tolerance for any type of fraud. If you are found to be participating in any kind of fraud activity, you will be reported to your ISP and the relevant authorities in your country. |
| Your real details may be kept for future reference and in association with other companies to stop fraud. |
| == Licensing |
| A Joovili software license (provided by Joovili.com) is required for each installation of Joovili. |
| Purchasing a Joovili software license provides you access to use the Joovili software which contains a license file that can only be used on the domain name you specify when ordering. |
| Joovili.com uses a licensing system to prevent unauthorized transactions and fraudulent users. First licenses will expire on the 60th day from the order date. A new license will then be provided on or before this day. Further licenses will be provided yearly. |
| As part of the licensing system, the Joovili software contains 2 encoded/encrypted files within a running Joovili version. These files do not have any effect on you modifying or making design changes to your website. |
In order to change your domain name for your Joovili license, you need to get in contact with Joovili.com within 2-7 days before your current license is to expire.
A license can only be changed a maximum of 3 times per year.
Joovili reserves the right to deny any license change(s). |
| == Refunds / Payments |
| Joovili.com do not accept refunds, unless your account to download the Joovili software has not yet been activated. In any other case, all sales are final. |
| If a chargeback is created after your license has been issued, Joovili reserves the right to claim back the money through a debt collecting agency in your country. |
| == Web Hosting |
| Our hosting offer is exclusive to Joovili clients only, therefore the domain name for your hosting account has to match your Joovili licensed domain. When purchasing a hosting package from Joovili.com, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions located at www.vitalwebhost.com. You are also acknowledging Joovili are not the owners of this service. Joovili will hold no liability for damages, downtime or loss of content. All hosting enquires should be directed to vitalwebhost.net unless stated otherwise. |
| == Your License Terms |
| You are solely responsible for the use of your Joovili license and any content you display using the Joovili software. |
| Your license is not transferable, you may not re-sell this product or any of the code included in any way. You must not lease, rent, re-distribute the product to any party without the developers prior written consent and/or approval. |
| Joovili is protected by a US and UK copyrighting services, you must not remove and'/or' alter any copyrights/powered by notices in the Joovili software without consent from Joovili.com.. All notices are to remain intact on each page. |
| You must not share your client details with any other person(s) unless you have been given permission to do so by Joovili.com. |
| You are solely responsible for making sure your web hosting provider supports the Joovili requirements. Joovili will not be held responsible if your web hosting provider fails to meet any of the Joovili requirements. |
| YOU ACCEPT THE JOOVILI SOFTWARE PRODUCT "AS IS" AND JOOVILI MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE, PERFORMANCE, OR OTHERWISE. |
| THE DEVELOPERS OF JOOVILI WILL HOLD NO LIABILITY OVER DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE PRODUCTS USE, INCLUDING BUT LIMTED TO: LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE JOOVILI SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU. |
| == Free Support & Updates |
| Free support and updates is included with every order of the current Joovili software version unless stated otherwise. |
| Support is only provided for the current version (series). |

| Patch updates can be downloaded from the forums. New version updates will be provided through your clients area, downloads area. |
| Joovili reserves the right to deny any client access to updates and'/or' support. |
| == Forums |
| The Joovili Support/Community forums is an extra privilege when becoming a licensed client at Joovili.com. |
| In order to gain "full" access to the forums, to post/view in all forums boards, download files, view attachments, you will need to be a licensed client at Joovili.com and open a support ticket providing your client id and forum username. If additional information is needed, it will be requested after opening your support ticket. |
| Only 1 forum account can be granted full access (per client) |
| You may not share your forum access and'/or' the forum content with any other user or client. Any such activity will escalate into your forum access being temporarily/permanently suspended. |
| Joovili reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the forums to any client at any time. |
| == Third Party |
| This website contains links to websites operated by third parties. We have no control over their individual content. We therefore make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any of the information appearing in relation to any linked websites. |
| == Copyrights |
| All of the Joovili source code and files located in both the software and the Joovili.com website are protected by the UK copyright service. |
| == Final Terms |
| Joovili reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice. |
| Joovili reserves the right to ban any user(s) from this website, on a permanent or temporary basis at our sole discretion. Any such user(s) may or may not be notified and must not then attempt to use this website under any other name or through any other user. |
| Joovili reserves the right to deny any order or access to full or part of the Joovili.com website. |
| Joovili reserves the right to terminate your license and'/or' account if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this EULA. In such event, you, the client, agree to destroy any copies of the software and the installation. |
